The Fast Fix Direct site is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to the terms and conditions below. By using the Fast Fix Direct site you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
All contracts of sale made by Fast-Fix Direct Limited (hereinafter called "the Company") are subject to these conditions to the exclusion of any and all printed terms and conditions of the Buyer which shall not form part of the agreement. These conditions cannot be varied, suspended or added to except with the prior consent in writing of the Company.

7. If any provision of these Conditions of Use is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall remain in full force and effect.
8. Fast Fix Direct Ltd's omission to exercise any right under these Conditions of Use shall not constitute a waiver of any such right unless expressly accepted by the Fast Fix Direct Ltd in writing.
9. These Conditions of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and the user and Fast Fix Direct Ltd agree to submit any dispute arising out of the use of this web site to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
TITLE
The Company retains ownership of all goods supplied until either all monies due and owing by the buyer to the Company are paid. In the event that monies due the Company are unpaid the Company shall have the right (without prejudice to its other rights) to enter the buyers premises and take possession of and remove such goods as have been supplied by the Company as shall be found on those premises or otherwise in the buyers possession.
DELIVERY
The carrier will require a signature at delivery, it is the buyers responsibility to be available to accept the delivery. The buyer will supply full delivery address details (including postcode) and contact telephone numbers when placing the order. Any date or period for delivery stated is intended by the Company and accepted by the buyer as being an estimate only not giving rise to contractual obligations. The Company shall not be liable for any special consequential or indirect loss or damage (including but without limitations any loss of or in respect of profit or wages or overheads) suffered by the buyer as a result of any delay in or failure of delivery. The Company accepts no liability for damage or loss in transit and claims for such damage or loss shall be made by the buyer to the carrier. The buyer will note the exact damage or loss at the time of signing acceptance delivery. In the case of damage or deterioration both the Company and the carrier should be informed writing within 7 days of receipt of the Company's invoice. Any claim in respect of which the Company is not given an adequate opportunity to reweigh or inspect will be absolutely barred.
PAYMENT
E-commerce Orders shall be paid for in advance by credit card via the secure facilities provided on the E-commerce site, orders will only be dispatched when payment confirmed by the internet merchant company. Payment for telephone orders and orders received through the post will be accepted in the form of Cheque, postal order or bankers draft made out to Fast Fix Direct Limited which will be cleared before the order is dispatched. Account customers will be granted 30 days credit from the date of invoice. The company reserves the right to charge interest on all overdue accounts at 4% above the HSBC Bank plc base rate or statutory interest rate, whichever is the greater.
RETURNS
Any goods which have been supplied in accordance with the buyers order but which are subsequently returned, will only be credited provided that they are returned to the Company brand new, unused, in undamaged packaging and in saleable condition, and that the buyer meets all costs of the return. The buyer will be responsible for the item until it reaches the company, we suggest that you use a secure delivery service which requires a signature on delivery, a 30% handling charge of the invoice value will apply. Faulty goods must be notified to the Company in writing within 7 days of invoice
RETURNS NUMBER
Returned goods will not be accepted by the Company unless accompanied by a returns number. A returns number will be issued by the Company before the goods can be returned, goods must be received by the Company within 7 working days of the returns number being issued.
Special orders (items not usually stocked by the company) can only be returned if the company has obtained prior agreement from the manufacturer or its agent. A returns number will be issued by the company, the customer can then return the items at their own cost. A handling charge of 35% will apply.
Items manufactured to customers special order cannot be returned.
TENDERS
All tenders are open for acceptance for not more than 14 days from the date thereof unless otherwise stated and order given in respect of a tender is not binding until accepted by the Company in writing. Items marked as "ex stock" are quoted for subject to their being unsold upon the receipt of order. All quotations/tenders are made on the understanding that goods will be charged at the prices ruling at the time of despatch.
PROTECTIVE COATINGS
The Company will undertake to supply fasteners with protective coatings such as zinc plating and other protective finishes at the buyers request.
However such processes should be considered to be modifications and shall absolve the Company from all warranties except where the plating process was carried out by the manufacturer, who's normal trading conditions shall then apply. No plating process will guarantee completely the freedom from hydrogen embrittlement. Therefore we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage which occurs as a result of product failure caused by hydrogen embrittlement.
SPECIAL ORDERS
No responsibility whatsoever can be accepted for goods supplied to the buyers special dimensions, unless a detailed drawing of such parts is supplied at the enquiry stage. Should such drawings be provided and production errors occur the Company will accept no liability other than such rights as are granted pursuant to the manufacturer's conditions of sale. If the Company undertakes to have goods manufactured to the Buyers patent or specification no responsibility will be accepted in respect of any infringement of patent rights, trade marks or registered designs. The Buyer will indemnify the Company against any claim what so ever for damages, costs or any other losses in respect of any proceedings or otherwise resulting from the Companies compliance with the Buyers instructions express or implied. Cancellation or modification of any order for special goods cannot be accepted once manufacture has commenced. The Company may supply 10% more or less of the exact quantity ordered and any such excess or shortage will be charged for or deducted pro-rata.
THE ORDER
The acceptance of the order may be revoked (in whole or part) or delivery dates postponed by the Company without liability in the event of any contingency beyond Company's control which does or in the Company's opinion is likely to prevent, hinder, delay, interrupt or interfere with the fulfilment of the order or any part thereof. The title of the goods shall remain in the Company and shall not pass to the buyer until the Company has received not only the price of the goods the subject of the immediate contract but all other sums due to the Company on all other contracts. If at any time the Buyer is in default of payment for goods supplied, the Company shall be at liberty to retake possession of all goods supplied and unpaid, and the buyer hereby consents to the entry of the Company or its duly authorised agent, to their premises for the purpose of such recovery of possessions. The Company shall have lien over all goods of the buyer in the possession of the Company for any sum due to the Company from the buyer under the Agreement or any other contract.
WARRANTY
The Company's liability in respect of any defect in any part of the goods supplied or proved to be defective is limited to making good by replacing or repair at our option or the manufactures option and provided always that such defective parts are returned to the Company carriage paid. The Company warrants that it will be so far as it is able to do so give the buyer the benefit of any express guarantee or warranty by the manufacturer or supplier of such goods and any other rights to which the Company has against the manufacturer. The Company shall not in any circumstances be liable for any damages, compensation, costs, expenses, losses or other liabilities, whether direct or consequential and any other remedy which could have otherwise be available in law is hereby excluded except to the extent that such exclusions is prohibited by any rule of law. This warranty does not apply to and no responsibility is accepted for goods which have suffered or been subjected to undue wear and tear accident mis-use improper application modification neglect or overloading and in no circumstances shall the Company be liable for loss or damage of any kind indirectly or directly caused by or arising from goods supplied or for any accident or injury to personnel or damage to property howsoever arising from or in the course of using such goods.

Some pictures may include other products from the product range, this does not imply that they are part of the package or item being sold, any quantities in pictures are for display purposes only, only quantities identified in the shopping trolley will be dispatched. versions of items may also change over time. Every care has been taken to ensure continuity and accuracy of drawings and descriptions, however it is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the suitability of goods purchased match the use they are intended
PRIVACY POLICY

Every endeavour will be made to deliver the correct quantity ordered but owing to the difficulty of producing exact quantities quotations are conditional upon a margin of 10% being allowed for overs or shortages the same to be charged for or deducted pro rata. The Company accept no responsibility and are not to be liable for the cost of work or other charges expended or put upon goods supplied by them and subsequently found to be defective. Any error omission or misrepresentation or mis-statement in the Agreement or in the course of negotiation leading thereto shall not entitle either party to rescind the Agreement nor (unless the error or omission misrepresentation or mis-statement relates to a matter materially affecting the value of the goods and the Agreement has been entered into on reliance thereon) shall either party be entitled to any damages or compensation in respect thereof. The Companies rights and remedies shall not be prejudiced by any indulgence or forbearance to the Buyer and no waiver by the company of any breach by the buyer shall operate as a waiver of any subsequent breach. In the event that these terms and conditions shall become or shall be declared by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable in any way such invalidity or un-enforceability shall no way impair or affect any of the other conditions hereof all of which remain in full effect.
APPLICABLE LAW
This contract shall in all respects be governed by and construed in accordance with the English law the buyer hereby submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
